Which level of study should I start from?

We offer five qualifications starting from Level 2 Certificate in Procurement and Supply. Read more and decide which level is right for you.
Our highest entry point is the Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply. We recommend you have at least 2 A Levels (or their international equivalent) or 2 years’ relevant experience in a business environment before studying this qualification.

How can I study?

We understand how you want to study can depend on many things, such as your previous procurement experience, the time you have available for studying and your own learning style. We make studying CIPS qualifications flexible and convenient, so you’ll have the best chance of accessing the learning support you want.
We recommend viewing the learning outcomes in our syllabus to check you’re covering these in enough detail to pass your exams.

Will I be exempted from some modules?

Where can I take my exams?

You can take your exams at any of our accredited exam centers, including ERP Software Management’s CIPS-approved testing locations. We offer flexible exam options, including in-person at our state-of-the-art centers or online through remote invigilation. Whether you prefer classroom settings or virtual environments, we provide convenient and accessible options to meet your needs. What are the costs?

You’ll need to pay for membership, exams and tuition fees. You should pay your study center directly. You can purchase study resources, membership and exams directly from ERP Software Management for information on the cost, you can email admin@erpsm.co.za

Are there alternative routes to MCIPS?

Yes. Other options include the Management Entry Route and Accredited Programs.

When can I start the Program?

At ERP Software Management, we offer flexible learning options tailored to your schedule. Whether you choose distance or classroom learning, you can begin at any time that suits you. Our CIPS programs are divided into modules for easier progression. Simply register on our website, receive an invoice, and once payment is completed, you’re ready to join the class! How long does one level take to complete?

To complete your level at a steady pace, you can take two exam per series and finish in approximately 10-12 months. However, if you’re eager to accelerate your progress, you have the option to sit for two modules in each exam series. This flexible approach allows you to tailor your study schedule based on your personal goals and timeline, helping you achieve your certification faster while maintaining balance with other commitments.
